DATE CYPHER FOR 1883, GILT CROWNED GLOBE AND IMPRESSED UPPERCASE MARKS, SHAPE NO. 2421 AND VARIOUS CYPHERS
Of flattened circular form, the pierced gilt cover molded with auspicious symbols, the flaring neck flanked by gilt scroll lug handles, finely painted and hand-tooled in white slip with a putto releasing a love bird, within a circular gilt surround, the reverse similarly decorated with an amatory trophy, on a short oval foot and reticulated Chinoiserie faux ormolu base
