The central oval hessonite garnet cameo carved to depict a putto astride a dolphin, within a gold and polychrome enamel openwork mount with two later cultured pearl drops, suspended from a matching enamelled panel with triple chain connections, circa 1600, possibly Spanish, 9.2cm long, cameo damaged. later fitted case
