Rising from stepped trumpet foot through faceted shaft with pronounced bosses at each end to slightly tapering mouth with wide flaring rim, the shaft with cusped rectangular cartouches containing arabesques suspended between cusped palmettes and bands of scrolling floral vine, the mouth and foot with further bands of scrolling floral vine, the mouth with a calligraphic band in nasta'liq and the foot with further cusped palmettes, traces of black composition and red polychromy
