Arabic manuscript on paper, each folio with 12ll. of large muhaqqaq script, alternatively in gold and black ink, each line alternatively on buff, burnished and gold-speckled paper, with gold and polychrome roundel verse markers, with two finely illuminated sura headings in white thuluth script within gold and polychrome illuminated floral cartouches, text within thick gold and polychrome frame, with finely illuminated marginal medallions, areas of restoration
