Juz' III, including The Throne Verse, Arabic manuscript on paper, 23ff. plus three modern fly-leaves, each folio with 9ll. of black cursory muhaqqaq script, with gold and polychrome rosette verse markers, the name of Allah and some other words picked out in gold, the Throne Verse in gold, probably outlined in sepia at a later date, some vocalization in red, opening folio with gold and polychrome illuminated panel pasted down, and added shamsa stating that this manuscript was copied for the Treasury of Sultan Abu Sa'id Barquq, with added colophon stating that this manuscript was copied by Barsbay al-Daqmaqi al-Zahiri al-Amiri in AH 800, occasional staining, in restored Mamluk stamped brown morocco binding
