Arabic manuscript on paper, 339ff. plus two fly-leaves, each folio with 12ll. of black naskh script with Persian interlinear translation in magenta nasta'liq script between black-ruled gold divisions, with gold and polychrome rosette verse markers, sura headings in white thuluth script outlined in black within gold and polychrome illuminated cartouches, text within gold and polychrome rules, marginal markers in gold thuluth script, the margins with Persian commentary, catchwords, opening bifolium finely illuminated in gold and polychrome, followed by prayers, not obviously signed or dated, in probably original gilt black morocco binding with gilt red doublures
