Persian manuscript on paper, comprising 16 panels of black shikasteh script, each panel arranged in two columns, with text written diagonally or in horizontal cartouches, text in clouds on gold ground, bordered with black and gold rules and gold floral illumination, each panel laid down on cream or pink card within gold and polychrome illuminated rules, in original stamped and gilt green morocco binding, with marbled paper doublures, some panels signed and dated, tightly bound
