Arabic manuscript on paper, 410ff. as numbered plus seven fly-leaves, each folio with 12ll. of black naskh script between double red rules, with gold roundel verse markers outlined in black, sura headings in red thuluth script in clouds on yellow ground within cartouches, text within polychrome rules, marginal markers in red thuluth script, with marginal gold and polychrome medallions, catchwords, opening and final bifolium with gold and polychrome illuminated borders, with three illuminated bifolia throughout, very clean copy overall, in brown morocco binding
