With rounded profile and on short flat base, with sloping rim, the slip painted decoration on cream ground with a large bird bordered with
reserved stylized palmettes, the rim decorated with the word baraka (benediction) repeated in kufic script, the exterior with pseudo-kufic inscriptions and stylized palmettes, repaired breaks
9¼in. (23.4cm.) diam.
