PROBABLY TABRIZ, SAFAVID IRAN, 17TH CENTURY
With rounded profile on short foot and with sloping rim, the yellow, red and blue-glazed decoration with black outlines, the central field with a five-petalled rosette bordered with six cusped medallions, the cavetto and rim with a lattice of cusped medallions overall, each with polychrome dots forming spiralling bamds, repaired breaks
12¾in. (32.3cm.) diam.
