PROBABLY LOBMEYR, AUSTRIA, CIRCA 1870-1880
With baluster body rising from a short splayed foot to a long tubular neck with flaring mouth, the two applied handles joining the shoulder to the neck, the shoulder decorated with an inscription in white thuluth script outlined in red on turquoise-blue vegetal scroll, the body decorated overall with palmettes and foliage, the neck repaired with staples, old label to the base
