The lamp on slighly flaring base, the handle in the form of two scrolling acanthus stems curving forwards and terminating in a ball surmounted by a cross, with hinged knobbed lid, the base with square socket to fit the tapering pricket, wide drip tray, the tripod stand with triangular lobed feet and knobbed mantle
