Lot Essay

Accompanied with fitted presentation box.

The present watch is a rare example of a Leonidas military timepiece that was especially made for the Italian Army. This is also confirmed by the stamping "E.I." for Esercito Italiano on the caseback.
This example is in new old stock condition delivered with its original bracelet and most likely original box. It is very rare to find this model on the market as most of the watches were melted once they were no longer in use.
