Oval, with shell and gadrooned rim and with two scroll, shell, acanthus and gadrooned handles, engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked underneath near rim
26½ in. (67.3 cm.) long
152 oz. 10 dwt. (4,745 gr.)
The arms are those of Bathurst quartering others with Borthwick in pretence for Seymour, 7th Earl Bathurst (1864-1943) and his wife Lilias Margaret Frances, only daughter and heiress of Algernon Borthwick, 1st Baron Glenesk (1830-1908), who he married in 1893.
