With three-stage barrel with turned slightly belled muzzle, fitted with a spring-bayonet beneath, a ramrod to the left side, and signed 'NORWICH' and engraved with a band of foliage on the octagonal breech-section, platinum-lined touch-hole, plain iron tang, flat bevelled bolted lock signed 'WALKER' and with stepped-tail and roller, figured walnut half-stock (small chip beside tang), grip chequered with large diamonds each with a star in the centre, plain brass mounts including trigger-guard incorporating the bayonet release catch, and brass-mounted ramrod
