SAM.L COLT NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA' and fitted with a cartridge-extractor on the right side, cylinder with traces of original roll-engraved naval engagement scene, frame fitted with conversion block and loading-gate, the left side marked 'COLTS PATENT', brass grip-strap and trigger-guard each retaining some original nickel-silver finish, one-piece ivory grips, and retaining some original nickel-plated finish throughout
