With tapering round sighted tip-up barrel, signed in full on a full length sighting flat and cut with multi-groove rifling, border and scroll engraved top-strap and frame, the latter with sprung barrel release button and signed on the underside 'Moore & Harris's Patent A.D 1853 No. 104.', plain reciprocating cylinder, small hammer cut with a notch rear-sight, chequered figured semi-saw-handled butt, and scroll engraved trigger-guard and butt-cap (some discolouration and minor shallow pitting throughout, signature worn, some wear to engraving on trigger-guard), London proof marks
