A FAMILLE ROSE PEAR-SHAPED VASE
REPUBLIC PERIOD (1912-1949)
The vase is of archaistic hu form, with a pair of moulded elephant-head handles at the shoulder. It is finely enamelled on one side depicting flowers with leaves in two tones of green, and on the other side with yellow and lilac chrysanthemums growing from blue rocks beside a branch with autumnal leaves.
