THREE JADE PLAQUES
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The first is a white jade rectangular plaque carved to one side with an official wearing long robes, the reverse with four lines of calligraphy signed Zi Gang. The second is a white jade shaped plaque decorated to one side with a fruiting pomegranate and a flowering branch, the reverse is incised with a cartouche enclosing a seal mark. The third is a pale celadon jade plaque of irregular form, decorated to one side with three ritual vessels, the reverse with an incised shou character and a seal mark in a rectangular cartouche.

The third: acquired in 1989 in Hong Kong from a private collector.
