THREE JADE CARVINGS
18TH CENTURY AND LATER
The first is a white jade carving of a magpie perched on a lychee branch. The second is a dark brown and grey lotus pod, carved in the round with curly leaves and flowers. The third is a pale celadon 'melon group', carved as two melons with leafy tendrils and a small butterfly perched on one side.

From a Private East Asian Collector (d. 1994).
The first: acquired in 1991 in Hong Kong.
