LATE MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY
The recumbent duck is carved next to its duckling with a millet spray in its beak and webbed feet tucked under its body. Its feathers are finley detailed. the stone is of a mottled grey tone with dark grey inclusions.
3 in. (7.5 cm.) long, wood stand
