The sixty-two plate iron hoshi-bachi [riveted helmet bowl] with copious pointed rivets and suji [ridges] lacquered in sabiage [simulation of russet iron], five-tier hachimanza [decorative fixture at aperture of crown] of copper, silver, and gilt, five-tier Etchu-jikoro [neck guard], broad mabisashi [peak] with three gilt rivets and gilt fukurin [edging], iron fixtures for maedate [fore-crest] and okodate [side crests]; and a matching sabiage [lacquered in simulation of russet] iron menpo with bushy bristle moustache and chin tuft, large ase nagashi-no-ana [aperture under chin] (2)
