Signed Katsunori and Masanaga, Meiji period (late 19th century)
The finely patinated surface inlaid in silver, copper and shibuichi with two panels each containing one of the Juroku-rakan, the sides with stylised dragons amongst clouds and wish-fullfilling jewels, the shoulder and the neck with bands of archaic motifs, the handles with further dragons and rings, carved, engraved and gilt details, the stands with five feet in the form of bamboo
