Edo - Meiji Period (19th century)
The first of woven rattan decorated in gold, black and brown urushi and inlaid in mother-of-pearl with a cicada on a branch, sealed Tetsushin; the second wood, carved as an octopus on a rock, containing a pipe; and two pipecases with tobacco pouches in Dutch style
