Six plate iron momonari [peach shaped] iron helmet bowl lacquered with sabiage [lacquer simulating russet iron], the maedate [forecrest] formed by the knot in a red-lacquered festival rope band, riveted iron mabisashi [peak], five tier iron shikoro [neck guard], the fukigaeshi [turnbacks] lacquered red and with yellow metal paulownia mon [badge], red-lacquered iron menpo [face mask] with gilt teeth, prominent moustache, and detachable nose, iron do [cuirass] of muna-tori [separate upper breast section] construction, the lower front part a single plate in simulation of a yokohagi-do [cuirass formed of lateral iron plates], the upper part a laced iron plate muna-ita [upper breast section] clad with dyed leather, seven-tasset kusazuri [skirt] of five tiers matching the yodarekake, chu-sode, and shikoro, with four sabiage upper tiers and red lower tier, five-splint black-lacquered iron Shino-gote [sleeves], matching five-splint Shino sune-ate [lower leg guards], Etchu haidate [thigh guard]
