The case with caryatid figural supports atop floral garlands to corners, acorn finials, the bell top with rocaille, "C" scroll and floral mounts, brass feet and handle, the white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, subsidiary dial for strike/silent, the five pillar movement, with twin fusees and verge and crown wheel escapement, rack striking to bell
