on ivory
the miniature, oval, 1¼ in. (33 mm.) high, set into the cover of a tortoiseshell-lined gold-mounted bonbonnière, the blue lacquered cover, base and sides decorated wtih opaque white bands and translucent gold scrolls and red berries
the bonbonnière, 2 7/16 in. (62 mm.) diam.
