MAKER'S MARK CYRILLIC 'VS', MOSCOW, 1860
Cylindrical, on three ball feet, the body repoussé and chased with morning glories and rocaille on matte stippled ground, central cartouche monogrammed in Cyrillic 'V Kh' surmounted by a coronet, the cover similarly decorated with a raised medallion inscribed in Russian '[To a] beloved Head Vladimir Kallistratovich Kharitonov 15 July 1861', the upward slopping handle with beadwork, marked under base and inside cover
