In the form of a stag, standing on an integral rectangular plinth set into a vertical post topped with a biconical fenestrated hollow knob, with an openwork diamond-shaped base, the stag with straight tapering legs, a round rump and a short curving tail, a raised muscular ridge at the base of the neck, its face with circular eyes and a long narrow muzzle, the nostrils articulated, the mouth open, the remains of a chin curl below, with tall tined antlers and projecting ears, a linear opening running along the length of the underside of the torso, and an inverted V-shaped opening on each flank, two bronze pellets within
