Pendentif hei tiki taillé dans une belle néphrite translucide, il figure un personnage dont la tête est penchée, le bras gauche est campé sur une des cuisses, la main droite vient s'appuyer sur le torse et les jambes sont repliées. La grande ancienneté et l'utilisation prolongée de cet ornement ont estompé une partie de ses reliefs, notamment les mains et le contour de la bouche. Ce pendentif peut être rapproché d'un autre exemplaire publié dans Oldman (1946, pl.17, fig.93).
