the leaf painted with a trompe l'oeil with two views of Vesuvius on the night of 14th November 1776 and the caves of Posilipo both inscribed in Italian, a Neopolitan motete and a card inscribed Quintotti X del Sigre Dn Nicola Jommelli, Maestro di Cappella Napolitano, the verso with a ruined farmhouse and a plaid ribbon, the ivory sticks carved and pierced - 10in.
