MARK OF HEATH AND MIDDLETON, BIRMINGHAM, 1896, OVERSTRUCK BY GIBSON AND LANGMAN
Modelled as a chamberstick with 'wax' candle, the square base forming the ash tray on bun feet with rounded corners below a plain column connected to the cigar cutter, with detachable drip-pan, the 'candle' forming a spirit lighter with bayonet fitting
