The dial set into the cabin and with white enamel Arabic chapter ring, with aneroid barometer set into the boiler and thermometer and compass to the funnel, the movement with twin barrels, platform lever escapement and strike on bell, inscribed 3920 and R, with replaced automaton movement, on a black marble plinth
