A HUANGHUALI BRUSH POT, BITONG
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The cylindrical brush pot is left plain with the exception of a keyfret band around the mouth and a rounded foot supported on three short tabs. The wood is of an attractive golden honey colour with scattered 'ghost heads'.
