With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1952 and its subsequent sale on May 9th of the following year.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

Reference 1450 was produced from 1940 until at least 1960, and called the top-hat by collectors.
