Full-page woodcut, illustrations in text and red initial. Blue morocco by W.H. Smith, decorated in gilt and blind, spine and top edge gilt. Provenance: Charles Harry St. John Hornby (1867-1946) and Cicely Rachel Emily Barclay (gift inscription dated 1904 to:) -- Frederick Smith, 2nd Viscount Hambleden (1868-1928) and Esther Smith -- William Henry Smith, 3rd Viscount Hambleden (1903-1948; book label).
