3 volumes, 2o (text leaves 434 x 260 mm; plates 463 x 290 mm). Text leaves interleaved with plates, lithographic titles, 558 lithographic plates by M. F. Weihe, J. W. Wolter, and P. W. Funke after A. Henry, including 550 hand-colored. (Lacking 10 text leaves including printed title, spotting, offsetting, and browning throughout, lacking letterpress titles.) Contemporary paper covered boards, red morocco gilt lettering pieces on spines (rubbing, chipping, worn). Provenance: Joh. Schmeider (inscription in ink on fly-leaves); Dr. phil. J.
