This early survey of Boston Harbor appeared in the June 1775 Pennsylvania Magazine. It is one of the earliest maps printed in America to depict Boston Harbor, and it is the first depiction of the Battle of Bunker Hill on a printed map.

One of the earliest maps of the American Revolution, issued in July 1775 shortly after the Battle of Bunker Hill. The Pennsylvania Magazine was published by Aitken from January 1775 until June 1776, and it included some of the first engravings to reflect the military events of the Revolution. (2)
