the complete set of 33 etchings printed in black and sanguine, circa 1760s, including the letterpress title with vignette by Ottaviani, title page by Piranesi, and the large fold-out plate of Christ Carrying the Cross by A. Milani, all very good impressions, with plate numbers, published by Giovanni Generoso Salomoni, Rome, 1764, watermarks Fleur-de-Lys and SUBIACO (R. 70 & 74, dated 1790s), with margins, some minor staining, generally in good condition, with red sheet edges, in contemporary half calf and marbled boards
