DATED '1660'
With double-edged blade (bent towards the forte) with punched running wolf mark and short central fuller on each side, the fullers respectively stamped 'ANNO' and '1660', iron hilt of so-called Walloon-type comprising asymmetrical oval side-rings each filled with a pierced plate, downcurved rear-quillon struck with a flower-head on one side, thumb-ring, knuckle-guard (retaining-screw missing), globular pommel with prominent button, and later grip
