With double-edged blade of flattened hexagonal section cut on each side with a broad central fuller extending through the tapering oblong ricasso and with a wolf mark on each side within the fuller each retaining traces of copper-alloy inlay, three-ring iron guard of flattened bars (one with riveted repair, the lower side-ring cut for a pierced plate now lacking) with short vertically recurved quillons and knuckle-guard, inner-guard of slender bars, grooved quillon-block, swelled wooden grip, and fig-shaped pommel
