With tapering triangular double-edged blade struck with a small mark and with grooved medial ridge on each side, arched iron guard tapering to a point at each tip, shaped tang encased in brass engraved with fleur-de-lys, bone grip-scales inset on each side with three pierced brass filigree roundels, and domed iron pommel engraved with coat of arms
