Shaped oval with ribbon and reed borders, engraved on either side of the rim with a coat-of-arms

The arms are those of Clive impaling Windsor for the marriage of Colonel the Hon. Robert Henry Clive (1789-1854), of Oakley Park, Shropshire, sometime MP for South Shropshire, to the Hon. Harriet Windsor on 19 June 1819. (2)
