Squat pear-shape with gadroon rim and fluted inner border, on four shell, flower and leaf bracket feet, the wood handle with foliate terminals and acanthus leaf-chased spout, the domed cover with fluted finial, engraved on each side with a coat-of-arms

The arms are of Winter, formerly of Northington and Worthington, Leics., impaling Smith of Sutton, Essex.
