Each backplate modelled as an arrow-filled quiver with a floral trellis band and flanked by rams' heads, the spirally-fluted shaft with fruiting finial wrapped with berried laurel branches with circular drip-pans and nozzles, fitted for electricity

A pair of wall lights of the same model was sold from the collection of Jamie Ortiz-Patiño, at Sotheby's, New York, 20 May 1992, lot 34 ($79,750 with premium). An additional pair of identical design, formerly in the collection of Stavros Niachros, was sold by Charlotte Ford, at Christie's New York, 18 November 1978, lot 139.
