CASE: the ebonised case with moulded architectural pediment and hinged rear door DIAL: the brass dial with month chapter ring to arch, pierced blued-steel hand, engraved overall with scrolling foliage and a shell above the seven day/date apertures, the date adjustable to rear, also engraved with corresponding deity symbols
9¼ in. (23.5 cm.) high; 7½ in. (19 cm.) wide; 1½ in. (3.7 cm.) deep
