Lot Essay

Eaton, a self-taught sculptor, was raised in Northampton like his good friend Robert Adams. He first showed at the Leicester Galleries in the 1940s and continued to exhibit at major galleries. He was a regular exhibitor at the Royal Scottish Academy.
