Further details
This piece, presumably the stand for a Warwick vase or similar trophy, was presented to Henry Robert Westenra, 3rd Baron Rossmore of County Monaghan, sometime Member of Parliament for that county, who was born on the 24th August 1792 and who died on the 1st December 1860. The two cast armorials with mottos are those of the Barons Rossmore of County Monaghan.
