Comprising a mantel clock and a pair of five-light candelabra CASE: modelled as a seated cherub atop a truncated fluted pedestal, holding aloft a ribbon-tied drum, on circular marble bases with entwined laurel frieze DIAL: polychrome decorated with floral swags and signed 'Denière Ft de Bronzes A Paris' with Arabic chapters and pierced engraved ormolu hands MOVEMENT: twin barrels movement with Brocot suspension and rack strike on bell, stamped 'JX DENIÈRE A PARIS 1922', 'JAPY FRERES 7 CIE GLD MED D'HONNEUR and 'JUVENAUX'; the candelabra stands en suite, modelled with putti after Clodion, each holding five swept berried-acanthus candle-branches
