Frank Lynn-Jenkins was borin in Torquay in 1870, the son of a marble merchant. Trained at Lambeth School of Art he worked in various mediums and undertook commissions for civic sculptures. He moved to America in 1916 and became a member of the American National Sculpture society in 1923.
